Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and for health and safety reasons, Jeffree Star Cosmetics only accepts returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect within 14 days of delivery. All sales are final on limited edition collections and discounted sale items.

Email our Customer Service team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product to initiate a return request.
Receive Authorization
Once our team reviews your claim, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Processing & Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
